A delightfully customizable kit comes to you with video that takes you through the process of coloring and adding design to pre cut shrink plastic shapes. 60% of the shapes I have added various dotted graphics to one side of the pieces. I invite you to consider both sides of the shrink plastic and add design to both~
The bold and beautiful elastic cording starts with 48" so you can decide how you best finish your piece, is it a long Lariat that goes around your neck a couple of times or a shorter neckpiece that closes with a shrink plastic button?

4 or 6# Fireline
Size 10 Millinery needle (or your favorite)
Craft Heat Gun
Your choice of colorants, possibilities: Sharpie Markers, Pastels, Alcohol Ink Markers, Permanent Stamping Ink, Colored Pencils
